The Humane Society of the United State does not provide for the care of animals.  In fact, their story is quite different. American Farm Bureau Federation lobbyist Mary Kay Thatcher points out that in addition to having more money and more members than the 6-million-member Farm Bureau does, the 11-million member HSUS also has more lawyers.
